- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as an A-Tech or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostics.
- Ability to work on a wide variety of makes and models.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
