What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Controller position at CSRC Group?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits and compliance. The candidate will collaborate with local CEO, headquarter (Taipei) and the broader leadership team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. In addition, this position will play a critical role to provide the leadership team with meaningful performance analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the finance & accounting functions (FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Business Analysis) of the company across the corporate office and manufacturing plant. Well communicate with headquarter(Taipei) management team and compliant with headquarter requirements and guidelines
- Develop and execute short and long-term strategic financial objectives
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Manage and develop financial planning and analysis
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Planning, preparing, reviewing and controlling of annual budget
- Play a supporting role in M&A activities and investments, including the diligence process, participating with integration, tracking financial milestones, and reporting. Working closely with external auditors and IRS during annual audit and tax inspections
- Partner with controllers to ensure the accuracy, fairly representation and on time delivery of all finance statements and compliant with corporate government and internal control requirements
- Provide recommendations and strategy to the Board and executive team
- Ensure financial and management report is well delivered to HQ by managing efficient monthly and quarterly closing process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8 years experience in the area
- Proficiency with current financial software
- Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations
- Qualified as a CPA or CMA
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Good in communicating and directly interacting with senior leaders
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
