Proposal Coordinator II
Job Description
Proposal Coordinator II plays a vital role in our firm's pursuit of new business opportunities by creating visually compelling proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. This position focuses on the design, layout, and production of technical proposals, statement of qualifications, project sell-sheets, and presentation materials while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and produce professional proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Format and lay out technical content, including text, graphics, photos, and charts provided by technical staff and subject matter experts.
- Adhere to CSRS’ proposal templates and maintain master materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary content and meet submission deadlines.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Create and update project sell-sheets and capability statements as needed.
- Support presentation preparation for client interviews and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, English, Business, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of professional experience in Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry, preferably directly working with proposals.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
- Proficiency with computers and software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
