Job Title: Market Ambassador – New Business Development

Job Summary: The Market Ambassador for New Business Development will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the client base for our eviction services company within a defined territory. This position involves proactive outreach to potential and existing clients, conducting site visits, gathering information, and helping to build relationships that contribute to business development. The role also includes marketing preparation, data entry, and ensuring the smooth flow of leads through our CRM system to track and manage customer relationships effectively.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Market Ambassador role is a relationship-driven individual with a passion for both business development and client retention. They should possess a strong understanding of the eviction services industry and multifamily housing markets, and be able to build lasting relationships that drive repeat business. The candidate must be professional, highly motivated, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

As the primary point of reference for existing and potential clients, this role requires a focus on building long-term value and representing the company’s brand in a way that exceeds client expectation with integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the Market Ambassador will help to maintain a seamless process for both acquiring new business and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of existing clients as well as supporting and enhancing the company’s overall business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

  • Visit potential new clients in the multifamily and single-family housing sectors, primarily property managers, landlords, and real estate investors in person to introduce the company’s eviction services through OptiRent™, encourage demonstration appointments and assess their needs.
  • Maintain regular visits to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, introduce new OptiRent™ features, and uncover opportunities for further business.
  • Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with landlords, property management companies, real estate professionals, and other potential clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings to existing clients.

· Retention – Maintaining Relationships & Creating Opportunities:

Continuously engage with existing clients to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and proactively address any concerns or needs that may arise.

  • As a key point of contact, ensure clients feel valued and prioritized, setting high expectations for service quality that encourages repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Develop tailored strategies for client retention by identifying additional needs or service offerings, ensuring that clients see continuous value in our services. This could include suggesting new eviction solutions or offering bundled services for long-term partnerships.
  • Implement regular check-ins, offer periodic assessments, and suggest improvements or additional services that will enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Actively participate in promotional campaigns, client events, or community outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Review and voice an honest opinion regarding marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients and their specific needs.
  • Ensure marketing collateral is up-to-date and professionally aligned with company brand guidelines.
  • Lead Generation & Data Entry:
  • Drive to various locations to meet with prospective clients, collect relevant information, and assess each lead’s potential.
  • Accurately enter lead information into the company’s CRM system following established protocols to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized lead and client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Sales Support & Reporting:
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on activities, potential leads, client interactions, and opportunities to the Sales Manager or Business Development Director.
  • Monitor and update progress on current leads, sales pipelines, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the transition from lead generation to service delivery is seamless.
  • Market Analysis & Feedback:
  • Monitor local market trends, competitors, and client needs to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Share insights and feedback gathered during client visits to help shape service offerings and marketing strategies.

· Industry Engagement, Networking & Brand Representation:

Serve as an ambassador for the company, always representing the brand in a professional manner that aligns with our core values and service standards. Your actions and client interactions will set the precedent for service expectations and help build our reputation in the industry.

Represent the company at Trade Shows, Conferences, and other relevant events as assigned by management to increase brand presence, connect with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.

Attend and actively participate in industry events, associations, and committees as assigned to build professional networks and stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.

  • Actively seek opportunities to engage with thought leaders, potential clients, and industry influencers to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the real estate, property management, or legal services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of eviction processes and industry standards (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to drive and travel to various locations within the region.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position during normal business hours.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Occasional travel to out-of-town locations may be required.
