Overview:

Our client, a national mortgage organization is seeking to grow their internal CDP team! The Senior CDP Developer position is a contract to hire role! Our client is looking to convert after a 6 month initial contract duration.

This position is 100% remote!

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior CDP (Customer Data Platform) Developer with expertise in Adobe RTCDP, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that enhance our customer engagement and data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Adobe RTCDP to centralize customer data and enable a 360-degree view of customer interactions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define data integration requirements, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain solutions with Adobe RTCDP to support marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
• Manage and coordinate with a multi-functional team that includes architects, software engineers, marketing, and product management.
• Collaborate and design system architecture and maintaining data security and privacy standards.
• Create and manage efficient data pipelines that facilitate seamless data flow across the organization.
• Customize and extend CDP's functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to platform.
• Maintain a high-level of expertise related to Adobe RTCDP latest features and best practices to ensure efficient use of the platform.
• Ensure accuracy and modifications to existing and future data models to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CDP development and configuration.
• Knowledge in data modeling and aligning processes.
• Ability to develop using ANSI SQL for ETL processing, as well as troubleshooting, and analytical efforts.
• Ability to develop work with APIs for integrating the CDP with other marketing, CRM, and data systems.
• Strong skills in data integration, ETL processes, and data transformation
• Experience with various database systems
• An understanding of customer engagement, marketing, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe RTCDP, Adobe AJO, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake experience is a plus.
