CST Academy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in our clinic and therapeutic day program located in Buffalo Grove.
This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about working with autistic children and children with related developmental delays.
We are looking for a BCBA to provide assessments and clinical services to autistic children ages 2-5, while overseeing a team of exceptional BTs.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, feeding therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Prior supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
- Previous experience administering skill-based assessments
