What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Design Engineer position at CST Industries Inc?
Position Summary
Perform structural analysis and design of bolted metal tanks, and various options. Responsible for engineering design; supporting sales, drafting and manufacturing on quotes and orders. Also required to review drawings and / or provide design calculations as needed. Assist the engineers on other CST product lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform liquid bolted tank design, tank foundations, and structural calculations.
- Review and approve drawings and structural design calculations.
- Perform designs for sales requests and sales orders according to the schedule.
