JOB DESCRIPTION: This position requires the independent ability to manage a team of Service Technicians, customers fleet service needs, technical support, and warranty claims for all CSTH customers. CSTH Manufactures Refuse, Concrete, and tow trucks.
JOB DUTIES:
· Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedules; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems independently through delegation of work to Service Technicians as well as making repairs to equipment when needed
· Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests
· Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements
· Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; managing and completing work flow
· Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
· Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
· Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications
· Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
· Provide technical support for customers and employees on all equipment models
· Process and manage warranty claims for equipment sold to customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Three to five years of maintenance specific management experience
· Valid Driver’s License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Certified Maintenance Technician Certificate
· CDL License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
· Capable of lifting 50 pounds
· Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl
· Ability to work in extreme temperatures
· Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
