Garden County Health Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled MD/Mid-Level Provider to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our practice focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and promoting overall wellness in our community. The ideal candidate will be an experienced physician or mid-level provider (such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is passionate about patient care and committed to working collaboratively within a multidimensional healthcare setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and care goals.
- Provide comprehensive care for acute and chronic illnesses, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and imaging as necessary.
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medical treatments.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with medical advancements, research, and best practices in the field.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** MD, DO, NP, or PA degree from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure:** Active and unrestricted medical license for MD/DO or NP/PA certification and licensure. PALS and ATLS certifications.
- **Experience:** Family Practice/Inpatient/ER preferred
- **Skills:**
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Board certification in relevant specialty (for MDs)
