Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. The manufacturing position we are hiring for is the 2nd shift in Ludlow, MA. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality work while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines. CSW is willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

· Plan job from Customer order information and layout

· Position layout sheet on top cylinder

· Prepares mounting material by cutting to proper size and applying the correct lead and trail lock ups

· Positions mounting material on bottom cylinder

· Positions plates on mounting material

· Applies ink to plates and pulls proof

· Checks proof and mount in accordance with quality assurance procedure and customer specifications

· Cleans plate and seals the edges

· Package mounts for shipment

· Performs other related duties as needed by supervisor/manager

Requirements

· Ability to make accurate measurements

· Ability to read a ruler down to a 64th of an inch

· Requires a high level of eye-hand coordination

· Ability to exercise judgement in making layouts and positioning plates in accordance with customer requirements

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to lift mounts above shoulder level

· Ability to lift mounting material weighing up to 50lbs with the help of a fellow employee

· Required attendance, conduct, appearance and professionalism

· Overtime hours including Saturdays and Sundays may be required on a periodic basis as the workload demands

Schedule:

· Monday – Friday 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

· Periodic overtime which may include Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
