The Role
Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Role Summary:
You will create a seamless warehouse environment by developing systems and controls, training your team on standardized procedures, and fulfilling every order with accuracy. You’ll ensure that all warehouse staff consistently follow processes that drive efficiency and reliability. Your role is central to delivering on our mission of consistent, reliable supply to customers every single day.
Six Things You’ll Love Doing:
- Overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, shipping and other.
- Designing and enforcing warehouse systems and controls that scale with the business.
- Managing inventory levels for minimal stockouts and maximum accuracy.
- Supervising, training, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
- Documenting and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinating with sales and delivery teams to keep customers happy and on schedule.
- Tracking and reporting performance metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
- Other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements to Apply:
- Warehouse management experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Must live within 15 miles of Victorville, CA
- Background in the convenience store industry is a plus
- Background in delivery and shipping operations is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
