What are the responsibilities and job description for the Small Filler position at CSWI w/Subsidiaries?
Responsibilities:
- Label, fill, weigh, repackage, and prepare product containers for shipment.
- Manage inventory control for orders during the filling process and deliver palletized finished goods to the warehouse.
- Assist Compounders and other production staff with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Investigate and report any incidents, including injuries, near misses, spills, property damage, fires, etc.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills required.
- Fundamental computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, bend, lift, and carry while performing job duties.
- Preferred: Experience in Spill Control.
- Must have a record of good performance and attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
