Position Summary
The Stair Nosing/Preprocessing position is responsible for drilling, assembling, and spraying of aluminum extrusions.
Responsibilities
- Verify extrusions are the correct length, type, and finish per production work orders.
- Cut Abrasive bars as required by the production work orders.
- Fabricate PL work orders per production paperwork.
- Verify cleanliness, overall appearance, and quality of completed production work orders.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to proficiently read tape measure down to 1/16” for production and verification processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience
- 1 year of experience in a production role.
- Experience in using power tools.
Other Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours daily while performing job duties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely in order to prevent injury to yourself and/or others.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
