Job Summary:
This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Railroad Signal Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various railroad signals and grade crossing protection equipment.
- Install and test new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and perform repairs.
Requirements:
- Lifting and Moving: Must be able to lift up to 300 pounds for ladders and fall arrest equipment.
- Manufacturer Specifications: Ability to meet and comply with manufacturer's weight limitation safety rating and recommendations for equipment associated with performing duties.
Benefits:
Competitive pay rates that progress upon completion of required apprentice training. Pay rates vary by location.
Training and Development:
Initial training will take place in Atlanta, GA, with two additional training sessions scheduled approximately 130 days apart.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
