The BI/Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of business intelligence information to the entire organization and is experienced in Data Warehouse and BI development and implementations. Gathers business requirements and creates technical designs.
- Successfully delivers business intelligence (BI) information to the entire organization and experienced in Data Warehouse/BI development and implementations.
- Designs, develops, and supports new and current ETL processes by employing industry standards and best practices to enhance loading of data from and into different source/ target systems.
- Provides support to the organization’s business requirements in the application and consumption of information from the Data Warehouse.
- Reviews, analyzes, tests, debugs, modifies, and creates ETLs.
- Documents technical needs for ETL processes and databases, and ensures optimal technical infrastructure is utilized.
- Individual is able to work without assistance; provides leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; and has extensive industry experience.
Required Skills
- 5 Years with experience in developing and updating Cognos and Power BI reports.
- 5 Years with experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing project
- 5 Years with experience working with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) and Cognos.
- 5 Years with experience with the reporting of data within enterprise applications
- 5 Years with experience of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, Finance, or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
