Job Duties
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Participate in daily rounds and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
- Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery.
- Current certification by The Joint Commission.
- WA state licensure required.
