**Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons and anesthesiologists to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Participate in CVOR and ICU rounding, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Assist with first assisting during surgeries and contribute to efficient surgical processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated expertise in cardiothoracic surgery and critical care.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent case volume.
- Certification by The Joint Commission and adherence to all relevant regulations.
