We are looking to hire banquet manager's looking to grow their careers in the hospitality industry, especially in social events and weddings!
What You’ll Be Doing: Helping bring stunning weddings to life with beautifully curated setups, while leading the event staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Enjoy the challenge of leading a talented team using strong people and management skills with an upbeat, friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Assist the event manager in the successful execution of ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner services, and dancing during weddings.
- Tackle challenges with confidence and keep calm under pressure.
- Use independent decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment
- Be detail-oriented, with strong organization and effective time management skills
- Creatively designs culinary and beverage stations
- Availability to work both day and evening hours, Wednesday-Sunday are required
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-3 years of catering and event experience (we’re looking for experience, but passion is just as important!)
- Strong leadership skills that motivate and empower your team.
- Stellar communication and organizational abilities that help keep everything running like clockwork.
