Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within budget completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and manage construction site activities, including labor and equipment resources.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the window industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, including blueprint reading and construction estimating, preferably techniques and procedures of Unitized and Stick Curtain wall, storefront and door systems
- Proficiency in construction management software (Viewpoint, Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, etc) and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with project scheduling and time management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience with construction site management and safety protocols
- Ability to travel to construction sites, as needed.
