Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Train, manage, and lead a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Schedule and coordinate project tasks and resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents
