JOB OPPORTUNITY:
INDUSTRY: Commercial Banking
POSITION: QA/Testing Officer
LOCATION: Manhattan, NY.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Quality Assurance testing on areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring (TM), Sanctions, and other areas identified for periodic or ad hoc review.
- Maintain clearly documented workpapers.
- Perform controls testing in support of various Risk Assessments.
- Assist in remediations resulting from Internal Audit, Regulatory Examination, and third-party findings and recommendations.
- Attend external training and seminars in General Compliance topics and BSA AML OFAC Compliance.
- Assist in data gathering during Internal Audit, Regulatory Examinations, and any HO inquiries.
- Work on any ad-hoc project assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Experiences in using Excel formulas for data analytics required
- Expereinces in Compliance/QA testing in banking industry preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Desire to learn and build a career in Compliance
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
