Job Description

Summary

CTC Group is seeking Subject Matter Expert (SME) level SIGINT Analysts for a contingent program to identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and / or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives.
High level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies and must demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools.

Requirements

Active TS / SCI with polygraph security clearance

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level Qualifications

8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.

At three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.

Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current allsource analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.

3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).

Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.

Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations.

Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations.

Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.

Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

Pay Information

The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and / or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.
