CTDI’s Internship Program is based in our West Chester, PA headquarters campus and is a meaningful learning experience in which each Summer Intern is given a specific business-related project that is meant to develop learning objective goals while also providing value within our operations. Our program strives to accomplish the following:
- Promotes academic, career and personal development of the Intern.
- Includes learning objectives, observation, reflection, and evaluation.
- Balances the intern’s learning goals with our organization’s needs.
- Involves industry related training and soft skill development.
- May be evaluated for academic credit if applicable.
Each Intern is assigned a personal CTDI Mentor, a professional in our organization with relevant background in the field, who supervises their project and provides continual training, direction, and guidance throughout the internship assignment.
Our Engineering internships involve test equipment development, robotics, software development, and other engineering development projects to service our telecommunications customers.
We are seeking Rising Junior and Seniors specifically majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering to join our team in these dynamic internships.
