1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AM
Essential Functions:
- Ensure material is smooth, polishing as needed
- Set up bending equipment for specific radius
- Identify Heat certification number for proper bend application
- Cut parts to specific lengths
- Check bend radius per appropriate gage
- Use hand bending tool as needed
- Change out wheels as needed
- Deburr and buff as needed
- Other work-related tasks as assigned
- Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements
Competency:
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Ability to use precision measurement devices
- Possess basic math, calculation, and related skills
- Possess manual dexterity with strong hand-eye coordination
- Understand and adhere to customer requirements
- Ability to comply with Quality System requirements
- Must be respectful and display a positive attitude
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
