2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3PM - 1AM
Essential Functions:
- Moderate understanding of programming and ability to troubleshoot
- Advanced skillset of machine set-up
- Advanced knowledge and implementation of good machining practices
- Collaborate with programmers on set-ups
- Filling criteria sheets/ Job Packet prior to moving on to next step
- Must monitor performance to router set-up times; evaluate appropriately as standard expectations
- Inspecting compliance to GDP requirements
- Deburring/Polishing
- Organized
- Good housekeeping
- Works with machine operators to ensure issues are communicated
Competency:
- Must be able to read advanced level blueprints features
- Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators
- Advanced understanding of metrology reporting
- Intermediate math, calculation, and related skills needed
- Ability to comply with Quality System requirements
- Must be respectful and display a positive attitude
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of Medical Device experience
