About Us:
CTech Manufacturing is a leader in designing and delivering high-quality, innovative storage solutions for various industries. Located in Weston, Wisconsin, we are committed to continuous improvement and efficiency in our production processes. We are currently expanding and seeking a creative Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Engineering Technology majors will also be considered.
Position Overview:
As a CTech Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, designing innovative storage solutions, and ensuring product quality and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles. Your work will directly impact our mission to design and manufacture innovative, customer-driven storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and refine mechanical components and systems, ensuring products meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes including automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Production Support: Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimization. Lead projects to implement changes that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, research and development, purchasing, sales, etc.) to achieve project goals and meet customer needs.

- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an industrial engineering role.
- Understanding of manufacturing principles and process improvement methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
