Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our dynamic team and ensure our products are shipped and received in an efficient, organized, and timely manner.

Job Summary :

As a Manufacturing Shipping and Receiving Lead at CTech Manufacturing, you will oversee the logistics operations within the facility. Your role will be crucial to ensuring our shipping and receiving processes align with the high standards of accuracy and efficiency that define our company. You will manage a team, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between manufacturing and shipping departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the shipping and receiving team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
  • Ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving documents, including inventory counts and order verification.
  • Maintain an organized and safe environment for handling materials.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Resolve any shipping or receiving discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and CTech’s policies.
  • Use inventory management software to track shipments and stock levels.
  • Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve team efficiency.

    Requirements : Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or certification in logistics is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics software.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight] and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and best practices.
