Oracle ERP Financial Specialist

CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle ERP Financial Specialist opening for our technical client in Greensboro, NC.

Location: Greensboro, NC (hybrid, 3 days in the office)
Duration: 8 months contract with ability to be long-term

Duties:

• Serve as the ERP Tower Lead, providing expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud implementation and support.
• Lead functional design and configuration of General Ledger (GL), Budgets, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
• Manage system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices for Oracle Financials Cloud adoption and optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
• Conduct user training, develop documentation, and support change management efforts.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Strong functional expertise in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience leading ERP cloud implementations and upgrades.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in project management and system integration preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Oracle Financials Cloud certification is a plus.
