CTG is seeking to fill an Senior Salesforce Developer opening for our client in Tallahassee, FL.
Location : Tallahassee, FL
Duration : 10 months
Duties :
Develop, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize and enhance the performance of Salesforce applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Create and maintain test classes, documentation, and deployment processes.
Work on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom development.
Implement and maintain Salesforce automation processes, including workflows, approval processes, and flows.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Assist with the migration of data into Salesforce and manage integration with external systems using REST API, SSO, and other technologies.
Skills :
Salesforce Development Skills : Apex DML, Apex Triggers, Test Class, Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable), Lightning App Builder, Flows (Screen & Record Trigger), Approval Processes, External Services, SOQL / SOSL.
Salesforce Cloud Experience : Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce PSS (Nice to have).
Salesforce Security : Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets / Groups, Sharing Rules, Restriction Rules.
Framework : Trigger Action, Error Handling, Logging.
Salesforce Technical Concepts : Salesforce Governor Limits, REST API Integration, SSO, Data Migration, Reports & Dashboards.
Development Tools : DevOps (using GIT, Azure), Code Review, Agile & Scrum Methodologies.
Integration Skills : Experience with external systems and services integration, particularly using REST APIs.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development experience, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in OmniScript.
Proven experience in custom Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud environments, particularly Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience in integrating third-party systems and implementing data migration solutions.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
