CTG is seeking to fill an Associate Project Manager opening for our client in Greensboro, NC.
Hours: Monday-Friday onsite at client (up to 20% travel possible)
Location: Greensboro, NC
Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension/Perm
Duties:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform data analysis to provide logic-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot through critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem solving.
- Prepare and present executive-level business cases and proposals.
Skills:
- BS in Engineering or BA in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated beneficial analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and deal with ambiguity.
- Capability to prioritize workload and competing KPIs.
Preferred Skills:
- MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Any certifications are a plus
- Experience working in Services-Customer Fulfillment Operations Environment.
- Proficient SAP WMS knowledge.
- CapEx Budget Management.
