Job Description
CTG is seeking an Senior Epic Analyst with strong Resolute HB/PB certified experience for a Healthcare client.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design efficient workflows.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and operational procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Epic Resolute HB/PB applications.
Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users.
Conduct system testing, upgrades, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.
Stay updated on Epic system updates and new features to recommend improvements.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Epic Resolute HB/PB certification is mandatory.
Claims experience is a must.
Extensive experience with Epic systems, particularly in billing and revenue cycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
