Job Description Join CTG as a Scanning Operator in Reno, NV! You will be responsible for preparing documents for high-speed scanning and indexing them accurately in Excel. Job Title: Scanning Operator Level 1 Location: Reno, NV Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay: $17.24/hr Essential Functions: Assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center with a focus on digital imaging and related duties Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process Inspect physical documents for quality issues that may interfere with scanning Prepare a wide variety of document types and conditions for scanning Index scanned images using naming conventions defined by the customer and/or RDIC leadership Perform additional post-imaging services as required Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting contractual SLA requirements and deadlines May be assigned other duties as business needs evolve Physical Demands: Minimal to moderate; includes moving boxes, loading paper, and walking between machines Mental Demands: Problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and attention to detail Skills: Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to manage high volumes of documents with care and confidentiality Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Adaptable and eager to learn new tasks Proficient in MS Office and general computer usage Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation Typing accuracy and speed Ability to work independently and in a team Operational soft skills: planning, organizing, executing, and prioritizing tasks Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service environment Data entry or office clerk experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with administrative and clerical duties Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
