CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Business Analyst opening for our client.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 12 months contract
Duties:
- Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Assess IT governance frameworks and risk management practices, including FFIEC, ITIL, and COBIT, to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Tableau, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
- Develop and track key metrics to measure business performance and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and risk management practices (e.g., FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT).
- Experience in compliance monitoring and regulatory adherence.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Expertise in data collection and reporting using Tableau, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
- Ability to define, track, and interpret business and operational metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Experience:
- 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT governance, risk management, or compliance-related projects.
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level reporting and data visualization tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
