CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect ServiceNow opening for our client in New York, NY.

Duties:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct architectural reviews, ensure the solutions meet client requirements, and provide guidance on technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow architecture and configuration.
- Ensure the overall system integration and performance align with business goals.
- Oversee the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members on ServiceNow best practices.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, specifically with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow s capabilities, including incident, problem, change management, and risk management.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform configurations, scripting, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow implementation methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of system integration, API usage, and third-party tool integration.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2-3 years specifically focused on architecture and design.
- Extensive experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow s Integrated Risk Management module.
- Proven track record of leading complex ServiceNow projects and implementations.
- Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
