Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent (Spanish/English)

About the Property
We’re a 422-unit apartment community located in North St. Louis County. Originally built in 1964, our property has been thoughtfully upgraded with modern conveniences that today’s renters love:

We’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual Leasing Agent to represent our community and help future residents feel right at home—from their first tour to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish
- Conduct tours of the property and clearly communicate leasing terms, policies, and amenities
- Follow up on inquiries, complete guest cards, and guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process
- Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
- Assist with marketing efforts and maintain accurate leasing records
- Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication required)
- 2 years of experience in property leasing or residential property management
- Strong sales skills with a track record of closing leases
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using leasing software, email, and basic office applications
- Friendly, energetic, and goal-driven with a strong desire to help others
