Key Responsibilities:
- Repairs & Maintenance: Oversee and perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and inspections.
- Project Oversight: Manage unit turnovers and common area improvements, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Quality & Budget Control: Maintain quality standards and ensure projects stay on budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team.
- Vendor Management: Supervise subcontractors and vendors for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in residential or multi-family construction/renovation.
- Expertise: Knowledge of general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Project & Team Management: Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management software.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, tools, smartphone, background check.
- Preferred: 3 years as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
