We’re also happy to assist with relocation costs if you’re new to the area. Experience in MultiFamily Property Management Required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and agencies.
- Complete timely reports for clients and agencies.

- Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of Property Management experience - REQUIRED
- Knowledge of LIHTC required
- Section 8 experience - preferred.
- Certifications are a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
