Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of all reports for clients, management companies, and relevant agencies.
- Create and maintain valuable resident programs that enrich the community.
- Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets to optimize property performance.
- Coordinate and schedule routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance with attention to detail.
- Enforce company policies and safety practices to maintain a safe environment for all.
- Stay knowledgeable about and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of Property Management experience with Tax Credit & Section 8 knowledge.
- Experience with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing laws is a must.
- Industry certifications preferred, but not required.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in property management software and tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage employees, contractors, and vendors.
