JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet customer and company expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring compliance with governmental or commercial contract requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, resolving issues and mitigating risks effectively.
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Implement project management best practices in alignment with organizational and industry standards, driving continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine project goals, develop strategies, and ensure projects are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure that safety and environmental protocols are followed according to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project coordinators, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Utilize advanced project management tools and software for tracking, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and efficiency.
