This role leads client onboarding, program implementation, and long-term success. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing an Account Manager, driving program launches, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and developing scalable client success strategies.
Qualifications:
- 8 years in client success/account management in healthcare
- Proven leadership, project management, and client retention skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and policies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
