Qualifications :
- 8 years in client success / account management in healthcare
- Proven leadership, project management, and client retention skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and policies
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
- Willingness to travel for client visits
