Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated iMobile Deployment Technician to assist with the deployment of iPhones at customer sites. The role involves preparing and setting up devices, troubleshooting issues, managing inventory of legacy devices, and supporting additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a hospital environment and fully committed to the deployment schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy iMobile (iPhone) devices at customer sites according to the assigned schedule.
- Prepare and set up hardware for deployment.
- Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues.
- Track and inventory legacy devices.
- Ensure exceptional professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Adhere to site-specific requirements and team lead instructions.
Travel & Scheduling
- Travel to deployment sites on Sundays, be on-site by Monday morning, and return on Fridays.
- Schedule may vary based on site requirements.
- Must have no travel restrictions
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of iPhone operating systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with end-user device deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.68 - $26.34 per hour
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract

- Savannah, GA 31401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
