We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at CTI Foods. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership to FSQ personnel and ensuring compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures.
Job Description:
This role requires strong leadership and mentorship skills, as well as the ability to evaluate and implement strategies that improve overall quality and profitability. You will assist in product traceability and mock recall exercises, third-party, and customer audits, and execute the requirements of environmental monitoring programs, including weekly and monthly microbiological testing, taking appropriate actions to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to Quality Assurance personnel, including training, scheduling, attendance, and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Plan, coordinate, and provide corrective action follow-up for internal audits, including GMP, foreign material, and Food Defense.
- Assist in product traceability and mock recall exercises, third-party, and customer audits.
- Execute the requirements of environmental monitoring programs, including weekly and monthly microbiological testing, taking appropriate actions to ensure compliance.
