About the Job:
This Quality Assurance Supervisor role is critical in maintaining the high standards of food safety and quality at CTI Foods. As a leader, you will be responsible for providing guidance to FSQ personnel, ensuring compliance with Company standards, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Oversight and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to Quality Assurance personnel, focusing on continuous improvement and development.
- Internal Audits: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GMP, foreign material, and Food Defense standards.
- Process Deviation Reports: Provide technical assistance to operations regarding process deviation reports and product specifications.
- Product Disposition: Investigate product incidents and determine the best course of action for disposition, working closely with the Manager of Quality Assurance.
- HACCP Verification: Conduct HACCP verification activities, SSOP monitoring, and documentation review as necessary.
- Product Traceability: Assist in product traceability and mock recall exercises, supporting 3rd party and customer audits.
- Environmental Monitoring: Ensure compliance with environmental monitoring programs, including microbiological testing and take corrective actions as required.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with Quality Assurance and Operations Management, supporting the CAPA and implementation of process changes.
