Job Title: Outbound Dispatcher CTI Logistics, Inc.
Location: Ellensburg, WA
Job Summary: CTI Logistics, Inc., is seeking an experienced Outbound Dispatcher to manage domestic and export dray operations. This is a full-time, exempt position with competitive benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience and a proven ability to coordinate logistics efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch loaded and empty containers for processing and external custom work
- Plan, organize, and adjust schedules in a dynamic environment
- Availability outside of standard business hours as needed to support operations
- Communicate effectively with drivers, freight forwarders, terminals, and shipping lines to coordinate deliveries
- Resolve operational issues efficiently on a daily basis
- Enter work orders and dispatch details in real-time
- Monitor terminal websites and vessel schedules to optimize dispatch planning
- Maximize truck fleet efficiency while ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers
- Perform administrative duties, including driver payroll processing
- Conduct CDL driver orientations for new hires
- Assist in completing monthly and quarterly mileage reports
- Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of dispatch experience, preferably in intermodal operations at terminals
- Strong knowledge of ocean shipping lines and logistics coordination
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear and efficient coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant technologies

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to industry-specific software.
Education & Supervision
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred
- A combination of training and experience may be considered in place of a degree
- Reports directly to the Operations Manager
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time, exempt, salaried position starting at $69,305.60
