This is not an entry-level position, we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, Commissioning, and Services.
What are your responsibilities?
Strong knowledge of AV systems, networking basics, and signal flow
Experience with manufacturers like Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Extron, Shure, Cisco, etc.
Ability to read blueprints, system drawings, and schematics
Solid understanding of rack building, cable termination, and system testing
Excellent Troubleshooting And Customer Service Skills
CTS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

What are your responsibilities?
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, support, and system updates as needed
- Lead and support on-site installation and commissioning of AV systems (video walls, conference rooms, digital signage, control systems, etc.)
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Conduct system tests, calibrations, and client walkthroughs
- Work with our team of programmers to configure and program devices including DSPs, control systems (e.g., Crestron/AMX/Extron), and video switchers. The ability to do this work without remote support is a plus
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and clients to deliver best-in-class AV solutions
- Maintain project documentation and report status updates
- Ensure installations follow industry standards best practices and safety regulations
- Other tasks as assigned

- Audio Visual Experience:

- Education: Associates degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

Our competitive compensation package includes:
- A competitive base salary $55k-$85k/yr (DOE).
- Employer-matched medical and dental insurance (available after 60 days of employment).
