Summary: The customer service representative is the interface with our customers. All CSR personnel must be helpful, professional and seek good customer experiences with CTI Cutting Dies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving Files/ Order Entry
- Flushing - Flushing consists of transferring all information into 4D
- Quoting - Responsibile for ensuring all quotes are created for customers in a timely manner
- Billing - Ensuring accuracy of data from shop and/or vendors
- Scheduling - Working with all departments to ensure on time delivery
- Phone calls/Emails - Answer customer questions as well as addressing customer concerns
- Quality checks on orders
- Keep office area clean and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Education & Experience
- 2-4 Years of CSR experience in a manufacture setting
- At least 1 year experience with CAD software is a plus
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with 4D business application a plus
