Quality Control Engineering Technician

Job Description

CTL Aerospace is a full-service providing services to the aerospace industry since 1946. CTL specializes in the of aircraft metal and composite components.

Quality Control Engineering Technician will provide support to Quality Engineers and Managers. They will be involved in engineering and administration of projects; assist in obtaining and reviewing information and approvals for processing of drawings, product data and samples.

Job Requirements

Assist Quality Engineers and Manager on daily duties and action plans
Assist in the resolution of quality related issues
Maintain daily quality documentation
Using inspection, measuring and test equipment
Performing a full range of varied inspection tasks
Special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent

Natural born US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Candidates are preferred to be pursuing an Associate and / or a Bachelor's degree

Good written and verbal communication skills

High degree of attention to detail

Blueprint (B / P) and specification reading

Functional understanding and application of GD&T

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Understanding of AS9145-APQP

Understanding of various inspection and measurement techniques.

Able to work in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
