As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will utilize your strong technical skills in structural analysis and design to lead the development of complex structural systems. You will also leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients. Your ability to mentor and guide junior engineers will be crucial in ensuring their professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure successful project completion
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and identify potential issues
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
