CTM is seeking a talented Community Manager to assist with certifications and other tasks to support overall Property Management team and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe property management software.
- Expertise in California landlord/tenant and fair housing laws.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated skills in, de-escalation during emotionally charged interactions with residents.
Required experience:
- Property Management: 3 years
- Supervisory: 1 year
Required license or certification:
- Valid California driver's license and a good driving record required.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe'.
The position requires good customer service, communication and organizational skills, positive and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Interacting with tenants on a daily basis. Maintaining the overall wellbeing of the property. Advertising and renting vacant units. Managing maintenance and procurement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
