Job Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the client experience and enhancing our firm’s reputation for excellence. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing client engagement initiatives, and driving the firm’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Engagement and Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience with the firm. Proactively engage with clients across multiple communication channels—including phone, email, and social media-to deliver services and maintain relationships.
-Client Communications and Events: Elevate the client experience by managing the onboarding process and coordinating a comprehensive communications strategy. This includes scheduling and overseeing client reviews, distributing newsletters and market updates, and organizing client events to strengthen relationships.
-Content Creation: Collaborate with the leadership team to create compelling content for marketing materials, newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure messaging aligns with the firm's values and resonates with the target audience. Help plan and organize client appreciation and educational events.
-Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective outreach campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media management) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
Familiarity with financial products and services (e.g., retirement planning, investment management, estate planning) preferred.
Experience with Redtail CRM and Fidelity Wealthscape preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services is a plus.
